How much does Orbit cost?
You pay one simple monthly fee based on the number of licences you require which covers your Orbit licences, remote technical support & software updates.
Are Direct Debit charges included?
DD charges are not included but we can provide an integrated DD service in partnership with industry standard providers, including web registration, collections and debt recovery at very competitive rates.
Does the Orbit fee cover any hardware?
The monthly Orbit Licence fee does not include the provision of any hardware but we can provide computers, networking, card readers, printers, ePOS equipment and membership cards separately at competitive rates.
When will my payments start?
Your first invoice will be raised on the 1st day of the month following the installation of Orbit on your site. The appropriate fees will be taken from your account on the 15th of that month. This will continue until the end of your minimum contract period and will continue until the arrangement is terminated.
Is there a minimum contract period?
There is a minimum contract period of 12 months after which we will continue to roll forward the service without an end date until one party terminates the agreement.
